Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Prime Maritime Services LLC website and any quote request you submit through it. By using this site you agree to these terms.

A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Service is confirmed only when we respond in writing with a scope, price, and scheduled port call window. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the vessel's actual waste volume, provisioning order, berth access, or schedule differs.

All service is performed dockside at the berth. We do not operate barges and do not service vessels at anchorage.

The vessel, its agent, or its operator is responsible for providing accurate vessel and port call information, arranging berth and gangway access for our crew and trucks, providing required port passes or escorts where applicable, and declaring the type and quantity of waste to be landed.

Hazardous, medical, radioactive, or otherwise regulated waste must be declared in advance and may be refused or require special handling and pricing.

Waste is collected, transported, and delivered to permitted receiving facilities in accordance with applicable MARPOL Annex V, U.S. Coast Guard, EPA, state of Florida, and port authority requirements. Documentation such as garbage receipts is provided on request.

Provisioning is supplied in line with applicable food safety, customs, and port security requirements.

Invoices are payable under the terms stated on the accepted quote or invoice. Cancellations or vessel delays inside the agreed window may incur charges for crew and equipment already dispatched.

Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including vessel delay, demurrage, or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
